The Clerk of Circuit Court is a constitutional officer elected every eight (8) years. The Clerk serves the citizens of the County of Prince William and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park.
Notice
Effective immediately, Prince William Circuit Court has implemented a two week deadline when filing Civil Motions Day notices. All Civil Motions Day notices must be filed by 5 p.m. on the Friday two weeks prior to the Motions Day date being set.
