FORECLOSURE REHABILITATION ACQUISITON PROGRAM (FRAP) APPLICATION PACKET 

The FRAP Program provides loans for down payment and closing costs for income eligible home buyers wishing to purchase a foreclosed property in one of the ten targeted census tracts in Prince William County.
